RFHL Appoints Mr. Shameer Mohammed To The Board Of Directors

Port of Spain, Trinidad, December 17, 2019: Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Shameer Mohammed to the Board of Directors, effective December 16, 2019.

Mr. Mohammed is the Group Executive Director of Nutrimix Group and has held this position for the past nineteen years, where he is responsible for implementing strategic objectives established by the Board. He is also the present Chairman of Caribbean Airlines Limited and a Director of United Processors Limited, United Hatcheries (1991) Limited and Ferritalia Limited. Mr. Mohammed is also a member of the Private Sector Implementation Committee in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

With over 20 years’ experience at the Senior Management/Executive level, Mr. Mohammed is highly talented individual with exceptional skill and experience in leadership, management, and operations in agricultural and manufacturing sectors in Trinidad and Tobago.

RFHL takes this opportunity to welcome Mr. Shameer Ronnie Mohammed to the Board of Directors.

RFHL also advises the retirement of Mrs. Michal Andrews from its Board of Directors, effective December 16, 2019. Mrs. Andrews was appointed to the Republic Group Board of Directors in 2018.
